Magnet Educational Choice Association, Inc. (MECA) founded May 8th, 1991 and created by the School Board of Miami-Dade County as a direct support organization and a 501(c)(3). MECA facilitates the solicitation of grants and charitable donations by affording donors tax credit benefits and a viable 501(c)(3) funding source.
