DURING THE 2018-2019 SCHOOL YEAR, CIS OF MIAMI SERVED TWELVE (12) SCHOOLS ALL OF WHICH WERE TITLE I APPROVED SCHOOLS. FIVE WERE ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS; TWO WERE K-8 CENTERS, TWO WERE MIDDLE SCHOOLS AND THREE WERE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS. I.OUR MIAMI READS AMERICORPS (MRA) WAS IMPLEMENTED WITHIN SIX SCHOOLS. IT FOCUSED ON LITERACY ENRICHMENT SERVING 328 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS DURING THE SCHOOL DAY AND 208 STUDENTS DURING OUR AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM COMPONENT. II.BRIDGES TO GRADUATION AND BEYOND (BGB) WAS PROVIDED IN SIX SCHOOLS.
