Outpatient treatment services - provides outpatient treatment services in counties across the state of Alabama. Medicated assisted treatment - provides medical and FDA-approved medications to individuals with opioid use disorders. Healthy living - a comprehensive substance abuse treatment program and HIV prevention program designed to address the relationship between substance abuse and HIV in African-Americans who are living with, or at high risk for, HIV.
