Provide permanent housing for chronically homeless, mentally ill, and dual diagnosed individuals and veterans. We also provide outreach to homeless individuals on the street and case management for homeless individuals in our permanent housing program. There are units set aside for the very low income individuals and families with/or without disabilities. All individuals are linked to community resources such as mental service, counseling, substance abuse treatments and mainstream resources such as food stamps, SSI, social security, TENNCARE, employment, utility assistance, and many more.
