About this organization
Mission
Stimulate interest, research, exchange of information and dissemination of knowledge concerning the biology, diagnosis and clinical aspects of the hematopoietic and lymphoreticular systems.
About
Sponsored the inaugural scientific workshop of the Experimental Hematopathology Committee of the Society in early 2020, held in Los Angeles, CA. The workshop promoted science in hematopathology by highlighting the scientific achievements of hematopathologists as well as providing mentorship to trainees and early-stage investigators. At a time when the divide between research and clinical practice is widening in hematopathology, this workshop provided opportunities for presenting scientific work, as well as build a community of pathology trained investigators.
