The mission of the South Fork Conservancy is to restore and preserve habitat along the tributaries of Peachtree Creek and give community access to these healthy greenspaces by building and maintaining nature trails. In 2018 SFC furthered this mission in several impactful ways. The organization made significant progress on the design and permitting of the confluence bridge which will connect over 35 acres of greenspace along the North and South Forks of Peachtree Creek.
