Stray Animal Adoption Program (SAAP), an all volunteer, non-profit organization, exists to rescue, protect and provide care for at risk pets. We promote lifelong adoptions while focusing on spay/neuter and the education of animal welfare. SAAP serves the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area.
