The mission of the Jacksonville Children's Chorus is to provide a high-quality, choral music education for children of diverse backgrounds, fostering teamwork, self-discipline, accomplishment and pride while filling an important cultural need in the community and sharing the beauty of the choral art form through artistically excellent performances.

The mission of the Jacksonville Children's Chorus is to provide high-quality choral music education for children of diverse backgrounds, fostering teamwork, self-discipline, accomplishment and pride while filling an important cultural need in the community and sharing the beauty of the choral art form through artistically excellent performances. This is achieved through weekly rehearsals where children, ages 6-18, in the various choirs (training, treble, touring, concert, lyric and young men's chorus) develop their skills. The chorus performs throughout NE Florida for a variety of audiences in an array of venues. JCC self-produces six concerts per year. Thirty-seven percent of the children receive full or partial scholarships, enabling a diverse representation from the community.
