Lighthouse Family Retreat, Inc. ("Lighthouse"), established in 1999, is a ministry that serves families living through childhood cancer. The program is designed to create environments on seaside retreats that provide a week away from the chaos of childhood cancer for families to rest, reconnect as a family, experience joy and find hope in God. Lighthouse is supported through the contributions of interested individuals, churches, foundations, and businesses. In 2018 Lighthouse served over 197 families at 18 retreats.
