Raising Expectations (RE) was established in 1995 to provide youth living in Atlanta’s most economically and socially challenged communities with high quality  youth development programs. Raising Expectations empowers youth in crises by elevating academic, social and civic expectations to facilitate high school graduation and post-secondary plans.

For the 2018-2019 school year RE high school students outperformed their peers in the following EOC exams: a. RE students Biology 469 vs WAshington High School 453 (16 points positive difference) d. RE students Geometry 471 vs Washington High School 462 (9 points positive difference) e. RE students Economics 520 vs 477 (43 points positive difference) 12. Averaging the above EOC Milestone exams,RE students scored an average of 19 points higher that their classmates across 5 EOC exams.
