Health care is provided to the uninsured as well as those with government and private insurance. Provided medical care services to 41,072 patients resulting in 194,606 patient visits. Service delivery plan includes primary health care, diagnostic laboratory and radiology, preventative health, urgent care, pharmaceuticals, medical referrals, medical case management, counseling, transportation, outreach and health education. Dental care, substance abuse counseling, nutrition counseling and mental health treatment are provided through contractual agreements.
