The National FFA Foundation builds partnerships with industry, education, government, foundations and individuals to secure resources for the future of education, agriculture and student leader development.

About

Career development programs help FFA members learn and grow in promising careers in agriculture and related areas, from biotechnology to agricultural business and marketing to teaching. These programs include those that award FFA members for being the best at their ag specialty such as twenty four career development events and forty nine different proficiency awards. FFA members can participate and win at the chapter, state and national levels. The national award winners are determined during the national convention and are presented at special ceremonies. Almost all FFA members have the opportunity to participate in one more of these award programs and more than 3,700 were part of the national awards.
