About
The Foster a Dream program was founded with the vision to build the hopes, dreams, and futures of foster children and be a guiding source for a successful transition into the adult world. The program originally opened its doors in July 2002, with the goal of providing resources to build the hopes, dreams and futures of Bay Area foster youth, helping them successfully transition into the adult world.
