To provide nutritional, educational and consulting services on the maintenance of good health to senior citizens, individuals who have a small amounts of disposable income and other socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.

The organization educated low-income communities, aids patients, expectant mothers and senior citizens on the value of nutrition during the tax year 2008. A total of 1600 hours of counseling were provided to 23 groups of individuals. The organization participated in a total of 70 workshops and seminars were conducted involving 265 individuals. 1100 weight loss challenge groups were developed. Nutritional literature was distributed to more than 5800 individuals. 30 grocery store tours were conducted. The organization continues to establish a strong presence in Richmond, Virginia. There were a number of opportunities to work closely with other non profits and public agencies during the past 3 years and continue to receive invitations for collaborative work. We continue to be optimistic our mission will be accomplished and our goals are current and achievable.
