Sail Nauticus: The Foundation's Sail Nauticus Sailing School Program entered its sixth year in fall 2018. The program provides youth sailing training and educational opportunities to underserved populations, adult sailing lessons, corporate outings and other membership related activities on the water. The Nauticus Sailing Academy offers Norfolk middle school students afterschool STEM based programming in addition to sailing. This year, the schooner Virginia, a replica tall ship, purchased last year, was being outfitted for higher level students to expand their on-the-water experiences. Attendance: 16,743
