Reaching over 10,190 students; hosted 22 middle schools teams comprised of approx. 200 students to compete in the ship repair Lego computer aided drafting design competition, which facilitated stem education while showcasing ship repair industry careers; provided research, development, and implementation support for programs in the areas of entry-level; workforce readiness; trades work recognition, and education; hosted ship repair tours for students, teaches, and school administrators to experience the shipyard environment and speak with incumbent workers on the opportunities available in the ship repair industry.
