Emergency relief services. The emergency relief services (ERS) is at the core of Koinonia's mission. Koinonia, on an everyday basis, helps individuals and families overcome short-term obstacles in their lives. Koinonia provides life-saving and life-changing assistance that keeps poverty at bay in the lives of our clients and ultimately stabilizes our community.
