WBENC'S PROGRAMS NOT ONLY INSTRUCT AND TRAIN INDIVIDUALS DIRECTLY TO DEVELOP THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES, BUT ALSO INDIRECTLY BY WORKING WITH LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONS AND CORPORATIONS IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMS IN THEIR RESPECTIVE COMMUNITIES ON PROCUREMENT AND MARKETING.
