Our mission is to support adults with developmental disabilities reach their full potential, ensuring their safety and well-being, and treating them with dignity and respect. We are the only DDA provider with headquarters in Kent County, Maryland. We strive to provide excellent support in Kent, Queen Anne’s, Cecil and Caroline Counties through meaningful day, residential, respite and employment services for people with developmental disabilities. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each person we support, focused on enhancing their lives as well as the lives of their families. Family members of adults with disabilities are able to create support network of friends and engage with staff to provide a safe and nurturing environment where the people we support can flourish
