Jobs for dads - a broad workforce development, fatherhood/parenthood development and life skills program that serves 450-500 men and women annually in our three-county service area. (Cuyahoga, Lorain and Portage counties) 75% of program participants successfully complete the program; 10% elect to pursue college or vocational programming; 50% are gainfully employed within 90 days of completing the program.
