About this organization
Mission
Fostering art and culture in Acadiana. From our beginnings as an arts council in 1975, we are a true community organization and an independent nonprofit. We fight for all artists to receive fair and equitable compensation for their work. We serve Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, and Vermilion Parishes. These parishes make up much of the region that is known as Acadiana.
