Tenants to Homeowners, Inc. develops or acquires property for the purpose of rehabilitating, renting or selling homes in trust to low and moderate- income residents in the Lawrence community. During 2018, TTH provided 324 individuals with 151 permanently affordable rental (70) or owner-occupied (81) homes through the trust. TTH also provided 95 households with case management that allowed 18 to obtain new affordable housing and 55 to retain their current housing. With 202 interventions, TTH had a success rate of 97% in obtaining or maintaining housing for our clients. TTH also began 3 new affordable rentals, held 20 workshops and housing trust presentations, held 27 pre-qualifying sessions for prospective buyers and received grant funding and donations from 66 different sources.
