Korean American Grassroots Conference The annual Korean American Grassroots Conference (KAGC) is an annual gathering of Korean American community leaders,grassroots activists, and voters from across the nation. In between the national conference, those in the KAGC network host regional seminars to promote more active civic participation on the grassroots level. We provide voter education, and educate grassroots civic activities to both conference participants and local partner organizations.
