About
In 2018, HER Resiliency Center served approximately 350 young women in all of it's programs in the Distict of Columbia. These services included one-to-one support (case mangement) to 70 young women with an office in a local high school and through providing community based support, not in an office; 55 young women attended trauma focused skill development workshops with topics on employment,housing and mental health. HER's Street Outreach team engaged approximately 225 youth on the streets. Some became on-going participants in HER's one-to-one support and skill development workshops. Overall, HER's Street Outreach team engaged 300 street homeless individuals, not all within the mission. HER also provided housing to eight young women until the house was closed at the end of May 2018.
