We believe that healthy pastors lead healthy churches and healthy churches change the world. But one-third of pastors report high to severe levels of burnout, with another 10-20% reporting early stages of burnout. These pastors are not thriving and flourishing in their leadership roles. At Full Strength Network we help pastors be mindful about self-care, understand the essentials of pastoral wellbeing, and affordably access specialist caregivers who can help them thrive and flourish for a lifetime of ministry leadership.

Soul Care: Soul Care is focused on encouraging and equipping Christian leaders and their families to remain strong in their relationships with the Lord.
