To build upon existing public health and healthcare partnerships in the Big Bend region for the purpose of forming a broader collaborative network of healthcare organizations and their respective public and private sector response partners. The goal of the BBHCC is to facilitate integration, coordination, and organization of all appropriate healthcare organizations in order to work together to provide much needed healthcare support in a disaster.
