This included street outreach, interviewing survivors and care providers, job training summits with partnering organizations, and health/wellness events open to the community. Participated in 2 care provider trainings, served 15 female clients with job training and unternship opportunities, provided over 43 counseling services. Objective is to provide a restorative program that is most effective a focus on each individual survivor. It is estimated that the relapse rate of survivor's returning to the industry after entering a restorative program is 7 times. Our program aims to decrease the reate to 1.2 over the duration of a minimum of 2 years.
