MAJOR STUDENT VICTORIES AT UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, SMITH COLLEGE, AND MIDDLEBURY COLLEGE ARE UNDER OUR BELTS IN 2019.COMMUNITIES RESPONDING TO EXTREME WEATHER ("CREW")THE REALITIES OF CLIMATE CHANGE HAVE FORCED PEOPLE ACROSS THE WORLD TO ACCEPT A NEW 'NORMAL', BUT LITTLE IS BEING DONE TO EDUCATE AND EQUIP COMMUNITIES WITH THE RESOURCES THEY NEED TO BE PREPARED. WE WORK WITH CITIES AND TOWNS, HOUSES OF WORSHIP, LIBRARIES, CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS, AND EVERYDAY CITIZENS THROUGH EDUCATIONAL, SERVICE, AND PLANNING ACTIVITIES TO HELP COMMUNITIES ENHANCE THEIR SOCIAL RESILIENCE IN THE FACE OF CLIMATE IMPACTS. WE BROUGHT TOGETHER INTERFAITH LEADERS TO HOST AN INTERFAITH SUMMIT ON VULNERABILITY AND CLIMATE CHANGE.
