About this organization
Mission
CAMO Rescue offers life, health and a forever home to dogs in need. We specialize in euthanasia-listed, sick and injured dogs that other rescues can't or won't take. We provide shots, spay/neuter, microchip, shelter, medical treatment and love to dogs that are abandoned, unwanted or otherwise in need. We never euthanize an animal to make room for another or euthanized for behavior. In addition to caring for our dogs and finding the best possible home for them, we provide education to the community; encouraging and promoting responsible pet ownership. Our foster families work to socialize their foster dogs into a loving family. We've had phenomenal success rescuing over 1000 dogs a year and we have amazing support from our community and good relationships with shelters across TX.
About
CAMO has rescued over 800 dogs off of death row and from the streets of TX cities.
