To establish, maintain, operate, and promote a program of organized baseball and softball for boys and girls, age 5-18, so that the boys and girls participating in the program for healthful outdoor and exercise and through their contact with other boys and girls of their own age and with men and women who are leaders in the community, will become better citizens of Tangipahoa Parish, the State of Louisiana, and the United States of America.
