Representation: The organization's attorneys represent people who have protected income for purposes of receiving communication from collectors, so the clients do not have to deal with the bill collectors ever again. The attorneys receive communication from the bill collectors on an ongoing basis. No person who qualifies for these services is ever turned down for lack of being to pay for services. Approximately 1/3 of clients receive services at no cost. Cease and desist letters are also provided by the organization for free on the website and in physical handout form.
