Mission

A ministry that teaches and preaches the gospel of Jesus Christ as taught in the Holy Bible

About

10,000 Fathers is a worship school designed to develop and disciple worship leaders in Christian churches, domestically and globally. Students begin with a weeklong, on-site intensive. They then return to their community where they can practice what they are learning, working with 10,000 Fathers through six months of distance coaching. Students who show a desire to develop further then attend Track 2, in which students shift from growing in their character to growing in their craft. In Track 2, they return for an on-site intensive, followed by six months of distance coaching. Students can go further by attending Track 3, six additional months of learning how to develop and disciple others. 10,000 Fathers offers an online version of the worship-training experience through timely videos and distance coaching. Class sizes range from 15-20 people. To date, 328 worship leaders have attended and completed Track 1, with more than half still engaged in regular coaching. Graduates and current students of 10,000 Fathers can be found from Sweden to South Africa, from Denmark to Delaware, from Florida to Seattle.
