About RezDawg Rescue We relocate deserving dogs, puppies, cats and kittens from high-intake shelters and reservations in the Four Corners region of the US to forever homes in Colorado. We provide medical care, nurturing shelter through our foster program, networking and transfer to other no-kill rescue organizations and our own adoption events so that these animals can find forever homes. Simply, our mission is to save lives. Since our formation in 2012, and thanks to the outstanding help of our individual contributors, corporate sponsors, and hard-working volunteers, we've transported and relocated over 8,500 animals to partner organizations and helped families adopt over 3,200 dogs and cats. RezDawg Rescue, Inc is a nonprofit 501c3 animal welfare organization (EIN: 46-1412023).

2017 ACCOMPLISHMENTS: SUCCESSFULLY INCREASED THE RELOCATION AND TRANSPORT PROGRAM TO RUN EVERY OTHER WEEK TO NEW MEXICO THANKS TO THE NEW VAN FUNDRAISED FOR IN 2016. AS A RESULT, THE ORGANIZATION WAS ABLE TO TRANSPORT AND SPAY/NEUTER OVER 1,500 ANIMALS IN 2017 AND APPROXIMATELY 96% OF THE ANIMALS WERE LIVE RELEASES THROUGH ADOPTIONS AND OTHER PROGRAMS. ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION INCREASED THE NUMBER OF STORES THAT HAD CAT HOUSING IN VIA PETCO AND PETSMART; ENDING THE YEAR WITH 11 STORES. 2018 GOALS: TO ADD ANOTHER VEHICLE TO THE ORGANIZATION'S FLEET TO SUPPORT AND STRENGTHEN THE SUPPORT FOR CATS. IMPLEMENT A MOBILE SPAY/NEUTER CLINIC TO REMOTE AREAS OF THE NAVAJO RESERVATION.
