About this organization
Mission
uAspire is a nonprofit organization ensuring that all young people have the financial information and resources necessary to find an affordable path to and through college. Our singular focus is on college affordability and removing financial barriers so that every student has an equitable opportunity to graduate from college and succeed in life. Through student advising, counselor training, and policy and systems change, we work to remove the financial barriers to higher education. Collectively, our three models impacted over 690,000 students nationwide in 2018-19. Headquartered in Boston, we have a team of 65 full-time staff in California, Massachusetts, and New York.
