The Cleveland County Promise is a nonprofit organization formed to provide all graduates of any Cleveland County high school with a scholarship covering tuition and any mandatory fees, that can be used at any accredited two or four-year, public or private college or university in the United States. With the aid of private donors and minimum public funding, the Promise program will help prepare young adults to become productive citizens by providing a quality education and a safe learning environment where students feel challenged, respected, and accountable as they strive to meet the demands of adulthood.
