Education and Professional Development: The CIUS Center seeks to support the US government's effort of increasing Chinese language acquisition and proficiency in the US by connecting school districts and educators interested in developing a Chinese language curriculum to the appropriate resources and support. In 2018, CIUS Center conducted several programs and activities to discuss the best practice of improving Chinese language education and developed relationships to support Chinese language educators.
