About this organization
Mission
At the Boys and Girls Club of Rosebud, we truly believe that our youth are sacred. That is why, in everything we do, we seek to enable our young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. We serve youth on the Rosebud Reservation. We operate three centers located in Mission, Parmelee, and Rosebud, SD. At these centers, we operate a daily program with emphasis on academic success, healthy lifestyles, and mentoring. We believe in expanding the vision of our youth through enrichment activities such as kayaking, archery, traditional plant gathering, camping trips, biking, hiking, lacrosse, traditional art, and agricultural education. We are open 4-8 M-F during the school year and 10-5, M-Th during the summer.
