UNDERSTANDING HOW WHALES MOVE THROUGH THE REGION PROVIDES CRITICAL INFORMATION FOR THE CONSERVATION OF THESE SPECIES, AND LEADS TO KEY FINDINGS SUCH AS REDIRECTING LARGE SHIP TRAFFIC AWAY FROM THE WHALES' PRIME FEEDING AREAS.
