About this organization
Mission
Rocky Mountain Partnership (RMP) is a movement to improve economic and social mobility for ALL community members. Specifically for those marginalized because of race, ethnicity, gender, zip code, or circumstance. RMP is a coalition of cross-sector leaders and network partners who believe they can accomplish more by working together than apart. The Partnership is supported by a neutral team, referred to as The Backbone, separate from the partner organizations doing the collective work. The Backbone has specific expertise to serve as the infrastructure for the collective work. When you align your investment in the Adams County, City and County of Broomfield, and City of Aurora region, you are joining a dedicated coalition, committed to working together to create lasting systemic change.
