Pre-Kindergarten and School Age Education: Quality, bilingual education is the foundation of Seattle Amistad School. During the 2018-2019 school year Seattle Amistad School had 156 students in Pre-K through 5th grade at two campuses in Seattle (in the Central District & Greenwood neighborhoods). These students receive rigorous bilingual and bicultural education. They are immersed in the Spanish language, with teachers following a 90:10 model of two way immersion. They participate in the Artist in Residence program, which brings in local Latin American artists to teach students Latin American art and culture, and the Capoiera program (Brazilian martial arts), in addition to their regularly scheduled classroom programs.
