Friends of North Richmond - Over the past fiscal year, 1,681 volunteers served in on-going programs and events, and 1,600 volunteers contributed 13,341 hours on 116 revitalization projects and 121 home assessments related to Hurricane Harvey. In our adult education programs, we had 93 adults empowered through classes such as: GED, ESL, computer classes, jobs for life, and specialized workshops. 50 children enrolled in our after-school program, and mission week impacted 250 people through 232 volunteers. A total of 2,790 people were impacted through the entire initiative efforts.
