Mission

Our mission is to empower our youth and young adults to reclaim the vision for their future. We accomplish this through a highly relational model that connects young people to their talents, educational pathways, jobs, and a bright future.

About

Our programs combine our intuitive nature and systemic understanding to create powerful and effective programs with long-term impact. Our programs focus on youth and young adults that are not served by other programs and partners and those identified by their high schools as the most at-risk for dropping out. We mentor, counsel, tutor, coach, advocate, and serve in the role of anything that a strong community should do on behalf of its youth. The Drop the Debt Fund program helps pay off our College Graduates' student loans. We want to ensure all of our students, both currently in college and those pursuing advanced degrees can graduate knowing they have support with paying down their loans instead of the burden of being tied to debt for many years to come. The SWAG program focuses on the most academically disengaged students in grades 9-12 and provides tutoring, one-on-one mentoring, case management, and more to see these students back on track to graduate. The Gap Year project serves young adults ages 18-24 who aren't yet sure what their next step is after high school or GED. The Gap Year allows them to identify their vision and goals, receive individual coaching and group learning opportunities, including training in life skills for personal well-being, academic advising, and financial and career development.
