Home Builders Care of Fargo-Moorhead Foundation supports workforce development of the home building industry by providing scholarships to students interested in pursuing a career in the industry. The foundation also supports projects related to housing in the community through donations. The foundation partners with a local college to offer the Herdina Academy for the construction trades which is a two-week program for high school students to work directly with members of the industry to receive classroom education and hands-on training on many facets of the home building industry.
