LINTON HOSPITAL ALSO OWNS AND OPERATES 3 CLINICS (2 RURAL HEALTH) IN THE COMMUNITIES OF LINTON AND HAZELTON, NORTH DAKOTA AND HERREID, SOUTH DAKOTA. LINTON HOSPITAL ENTERED INTO A MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT ON 6/1/2012 WITH CHI ST. ALEXIUS HOSPITAL OF BISMARCK TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND PRODUCTIVITY OF RURAL HEALTH CARE, PROMOTE COST-EFFICIENT OPERATIONS AND ENHANCE THE COMPETITIVE ASPECTS OF THE DELIVERY OF RURAL HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY OF LINTON AND THE GEOGRAPHIC REGIONS SERVED BY LINTON.
