IPA - independent practice association services - CommCare functions as the contracting agent between 28 participant member organizations and the three state managed care organizations (MCO) for Missouri HealthNet. CommCare works to manage, clinically integrate and increase access to the state-wide network of behavioral health and addiction providers for care management of chronic disease and healthcare utilization by our network organization members and MCO's clients. We have 7500 professionally trained staff (psychiatrist, advanced nurse practitioners, nurses, clinically licensed counselors, substance use staff, community support staff and peer specialists serving over 250,000 clients across Missouri.
