About

Youth hockey programs. St. Peters Spirit Hockey Club offers programming at six different levels. Our learn-to-skate program is ideal for new skaters ages 4-10 and helps them learn the fundamentals of skating. Our learn-to-play program takes graduates from the learn-to-skate program, or already skilled skaters, ages 4-10 and introduces them to the game of ice hockey. Our ADM (6U and 8U) program is for players ages 4-8 and utilizes the USA Hockey Association station-based practice plans focuses on skill development and small area games. (See schedule O). Our club also offers league play for skaters in a variety of skill levels ranging from recreational to AA for squirt through bantam age groups (8yrs-14yrs). For more competitive play, we also offer the St. Peters Selects program which is available for players ages 8-14. Finally, our club offers a midget program for players ages 15 and up. The midget program is available based on player availability. During fiscal year ending 4/30/19, 712 players participated in the 6U - midget program and 144 players participated in the learn to play program.
