We strive to establish the highest standard of quality, service, support and facilities to positively impact the health and well-being of children and their families.

About

Families who have a child who is sick or has been injured, needs treatment or therapy, or was born early, travel to Columbia, MO to receive medical care for their child. They stay at the Ronald McDonald House because it is inexpensive, comfortable and close to where their child is receiving care. We served 407 families in 2018. They stayed 5703 nights. These families came to our house from all over Missouri and the United States. Through our Happy Wheels Cart Program at Children's Hospital, we served an additional 10,378 individuals, providing healthy snacks, personal care items, toys and other treats.
