Primarily through federal grants and contracts protecting the rights of and provide protection, advocacy, monitoring, information and referal services using the following funding sources.PADD Individuals with onset of developmental disabilities prior to age 22, conduct abuse/neglect and death investigation, advocacy and legal services for disability-related violation of rights issues, residential and services facility monitoring, and referral services.PAIMI Individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness who are residents of 24-hour treatment and care facilities or at risk of being placed in 24-hour residential facilities, conduct abuse/neglect and death investigations, advocacy and legal services for disability-related violations of rights issues, residential facility and services monitoring, and information and referral services.PAIR Individuals with disabilities were not eligible for PADD, PAIMI, or CAP services, the program priorities and objectives focus on-special education services for students with disabilities, provide representation analysis for so security administration hearings, and address systemic initiatives, i e Medicaid system monitoring, and information and referral servicesCAP Individuals to help resolve any problems a person might be having with services provided by Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation Services for the blind, and independent living centers , information & referral services.PAAT Individuals with disabilities and their family members, guardians, advocates, and authorized representatives in accessing technology devices and assistive technology services through case management, legal representation and self-advocacy training, information & referral services PATBI Individuals diagnosed with traumatic brain injury and their families, services include assistance with addressing disability-related violations of rights issues of advocacy cases, and information and referral services.PABSS Beneficiaries Social Security services, and information and referral services.PAVA Individuals with disabilities to ensure their full participation in the electoral process.WIPA program provide work incentives planning and assistance to beneficiaries of Social Security services to encourage beneficiaries to return to work.
