The MD Childrens Alliance ensures that accross the state of Maryland from Allegany to Worcester counties, our youngest victims are seen and care for at Childrens advocay center.

We seek to provide professional training and technical assistance to every child advocacy center and multi-disciplinary team in the state of Maryland and to increase their skills in dealing with multi-faceted issues surrounding sexual and physical child abuse. We are accredited through the National Childrens Alliance. We work with our local childrens advocacy centers in response to their needs especially around the 10 National Standards that govern operating procedures in these areas multi-disciplinary teams, cultural competency and diversity, forensic interviews, victim support and advocacy, medical evaluation, mental health, case review, case tracking,organizational capacity and child-focused setting.
