About
Non-contact training. Our organization offers training 5 days out of the week. We train Monday through Thursday from 4:30pm to 7:00pm and on Saturday mornings from 10am to 12noon. We work with boys and girls starting at the age of 8 years old to young adulthood. Our primary goal is to help participants lose weight and gain confidence by boosting their respective self-esteem. We enrolled 60 new students during this year. On average participants lose 15 lbs in an 8 week period. All services are provided free however we do ask for a $20 monthly donation but this is not required and most families cannot afford to donate.
